Overview
This sleek light switch operates through a touch button which provides you with a more stylish and advanced way to control your lights. These switches are made by Volex and Crabtree which are both well-established British manufacturers, and are now owned by the Siemens group, that are world-renowned for producing high-quality and precise manufacturing, giving you the comfort of knowing that your electrics are in safe hands.
Available in four different colours and styles- black nickel, matt black, chrome and round black nickel. The easy to use switches has a smooth dimmer control, giving you the ability to set the brightness of your lights to set the appropriate mood in your home or office.
To turn the light on or off, simply touch the button and for dimming control press and hold down the button. The switches are suitable for GLS and halogen bulbs with the maximum load according to the dimmer label. Do not use the dimmer switch when on fluorescent or energy-saving lamps unless they are dimmable LEDs.
The black nickel is available in flush and angled options, but the matt black is only available in angled fit. These switches all have a ultra-sonically sealed module case to reduce dimmer buzzing sound and have a max load of 500W.
The chrome switch is a flush fitting switch that also has an IR function which allows you to remotely control the lights with any remote control handset you have at home already (Pairing instructions included). This switch has a max load of 400W.
These switches are all CE marked and comply with the European safety and EMC regulations- EN 60669 and EN 55015. They also feature short circuit, overload and over heating protection.
