UK mainland deliveries

  • Delivery window: 3 to 5 working days.
  • Orders placed Monday to Friday are despatched within 2 working days. You will receive a despatch confirmation and VAT invoice by email on the day of despatch.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Premium services such as Named Day, AM and Next Day may be available on request and are subject to quotation.

Minimum order and carriage

  • We supply trade customers only.
  • Minimum order value: £500 net. We do not accept orders below £500.

Delivery access requirements

  • Most deliveries are palletised. Pallets are shrink-wrapped and top-covered to protect goods in transit.
  • Tail-lift delivery is used as standard. The delivery location must allow safe, legal stopping and level access for unloading.
  • Drivers cannot decant pallets or carry goods inside. Please ensure you have staff and suitable equipment to move goods on site.
  • An adult aged 18 or over must sign for the delivery.

Accepting your delivery

  • Check outer packaging and pallets for visible damage before signing.
  • If there is visible damage, note this on the driver’s paperwork and take photos.
  • Contact Customer Service within 24 hours with your order number and images so we can resolve promptly.

Failed deliveries and re-delivery

  • If no one is available to accept delivery, pallets will be returned to the delivering depot pending your instructions.
  • Re-delivery or waiting-time charges may apply.
  • Please ensure we have accurate delivery contact details and opening hours.

Areas we serve

  • Standard service covers UK mainland only.
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other non-mainland locations are handled by tailored quotation based on destination and pallet count.
  • Typical non-mainland or surcharge postcodes include AB, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW, PA, PH, ZE, IM, GY, JE, PO30–41 and TR21–25. Treat these as guidance only.

Collections

  • If you prefer to arrange your own carrier, contact us to confirm pallet count, dimensions and collection slot.
  • We will prepare the goods for your appointed haulier.
