It can be used as a sandpit, ball pit or mini paddling pool. It should only ever be used on a smooth, level surface. Buy 2 and they can be connected together, so that, if you are using one for sand and one for water, you can easily retain the sand for next time and drain off the water for easier storage! Alternatively, when closed, the 'lid' will act as a protector so that the sand does not accumulate any debris when not in use.
